Payment Policies

Payments for procedures must be rendered at the time of the visit. No insurances are accepted. We accept Cash, VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Discover. Several financing options are also available through CareCredit®, many with low monthly payments and no interest. Ask us for more information.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
