Patrick M. O'Shaughnessy, DO, FACEP

Dr. O'Shaughnessy was born and raised on Long Island New York, and attended The State University of New York at Stony Brook, graduating with a degree in Biochemistry, Cum Laude. During his collegiate years Dr. O'Shaughnessy was a certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, where he gained expertise in health and wellness as well as dieting, exercise, weight loss programs and competitive bodybuilding.

During his collegiate years Dr. O'Shaughnessy also spent 4 years researching the causes for various Urologic malignancies at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, splitting his time between the classroom and lab which was the start of his interest in anti-aging medicine.

Dr. O'Shaughnessy obtained his medical training from The New York College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating in 1999, and then completed Residency training in Emergency Medicine at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine, at Beth Israel Medical Center where he was Chief Resident. Dr. O'Shaughnessy continues to practice Emergency Medicine today and is board certified in that specialty.

His transition to anti-aging medicine and aesthetics comes after years of training in Manhattan, and seeing patient after patient already at the endpoint of their disease / aging process. This prompted further training and membership in The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, where Dr. O'Shaughnessy built upon his prior research experience to further his knowledge of preventative medicine and optimization of health. Having trained in Manhattan, and working with many Plastic Surgeons over the years Dr. O'Shaughnessy gained experience in non invasive cosmetic procedures. He also saw the desire for his anti-aging patients to improve upon their cosmetic appearance, so he continued his post graduate training to obtain certification in various cosmetic laser modalities, as well as become certified in the administration of various non surgical cosmetic restorative techniques, including BOTOX®, Restylane®, and Chemical Peels. Dr. O'Shaughnessy continues to work with various NYC Plastic Surgeons, where he will provide non invasive restorative procedures, and refer his patients who need more aggressive correction to the appropriate surgical specialists.

Paula Alzate, LE
Medical Esthetican, Laser Specialist

Paula Alzate has joined the team at Eternity Aesthetics & Laser Center bringing with her over 5 years experience as an Esthetician and Laser Specialist.  Paula is a graduate of the prestigious Atielier Esthetique in Manhattan, but her passion for great skin started while as a child in Colombia. It was here that Paula first formulated numerous organic compounds, serums, masks, and facial rejuvenative techniques that helped thousands achieve their best skin! Today Paula leads the back bar and facial room, and working with Dr. O’Shaughnessy she formulates custom skin care regimens and treatments for all of her clients. Paula also is certified and trained in Laser Hair Removal, and Intense Pulse Light Foto Facials, so clients can rest assured they are getting the highest quality service from the most experienced skin care specialists in the Medical Spa Industry.

Denise Bruzzi-Lezamiz, Office Manager
Licensed Esthetician Laser Specialist

Denise comes to Eternity Aesthetics with over nine years cosmetic / esthetic experience, and has run several major cosmetic practices in New York City. Prior to entering the field of esthetics, Denise mastered the art of cosmetic dentistry assisting many of Manhattans top cosmetic dentists. Here she was an innovator in the process of enamel safe teeth whitening, and helped thousands achieve their best smiles! Denise is also a graduate of the prestigious Altier Esthetique in Manhattan and is board certified in Facial Aesthetics and her particular areas of expertise include skin troubled by blemishes/acne, and hyperpigmentation. Denise’s cosmetic dentistry and medical esthetics backgrounds combine to offer her clients the ultimate “wow” result to all the procedures and treatments she performs.

Denise’s managerial and customer service skills have also proven to be invaluable part of the personalized and professional experience each patient receives at Eternity Aesthetics.  The addition of Denise Bruzzi-Lezamiz will no doubt translate into once again our patients receiving the finest personalized cosmetic treatments, from the best trained people in the medical spa industry!
